Builder & Project Review:
“Home-buyers protest in front of the HDIL Tower in Bandra after the firm failed to hand over possession letters to several buyers. The protestors allege that the company is demanding more money for ‘additional amenities’
As many as 400 people gathered outside the head office of Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited (HDIL) in Bandra East on Saturday to protest against the real estate company’s inability to give them possession of flats in the HDIL Premiere Residence. The buyers claimed that the company had assured them of providing them possession by 2012. Around 1,035 houses in HDIL Premiere Residence in Kurla West were sold and most of the owners had been kept on hold since 2011”

According to the agreement, the balcony is inclusive of the property and recent laws that have passed also doesn’t support this. They also said the additional amount includes flower bed and duct area. This is absurd. They just want to loot us."

Connectivity:
Majestic towers are located very close to Goregaon Mulund link road and Eastern Express highway. It has a very good location right next to the highly acclaimed Ashford Royale project. Although the area has a large number of slums this should not post the serious problem for the residence of majestic towers as the majority of slums are concentrated on LBS road. In terms of rail connectivity also, the project is very close to Nahur station. The area surrounding Whispering Towers is also going to provide good appreciation in appreciation with the ongoing development of Goregaon Mulund Link road.
Master Plan:
The overall plot for the project is relatively regular which two adjacent roads right next to the plot. Although for the given plot size the number of buildings looks a bit higher, the layout ensures privacy for residents in every building.
Floor Plan:
The floor plans are designed relatively efficiently although the bedroom sizes are just barely there. For both 2 and 2.5 bedrooms, the kitchen area is sufficient although bathroom areas a bit small. Adding flower beds for 2.5 bedrooms definitely adds a good touch to the floor plan.

Final verdict:
Although in terms of amenities, floor plans, and layout the project looks like a good buy; there have been a couple of concerns which we have highlighted in the project overview. Some other HDIL projects have also had some problems with the delivery schedule. Keeping all this in mind we recommend being a bit cautious and exploring other options as well before the final booking.
