We have heard it is a fully integrated society spread across 10 acres of area. In 5 acres of area half of dozen 19 to 23 storeys stunning towers are being developed and another 5 acres of an area are reserved for the beautiful landscape and recreational activities.

Our Opinion
Pros:As it is the upcoming project so the per sqft rate is low compared to Andheri east average rate.
Cons:
1. There are no images of floor plans available
2. The layout of the building is not clear
3. As I go through with different sites they all are showing different layouts of the buildings.
4. On the ACME site, they are not disclosing any information.
5. Few online RealEstate portals are showing the layout of KANAKIA SEVEN project layout for this project which is unethical and negative marketing.
6. From some online trends, I also came to know that many of ACME sites were being stopped by the government because of their unethical services.

Can I trust the developer - NO, As far as buying property is concerned I would not go for this property.

Can I trust the developer - NO, As far as buying property is concerned I would not go for this property.
I have booked a flat in tower 4, and can tell that with regard to services and information from ACME Group, i have faced no issues till date. THe project is financed and approved by HDFC, which is another positive sign, the project progress was slow till recently, however has picked up the speed. Overall a very good location vis-a-vis price.

ReplyDeleteThis project is one of the luxurious project in Andheri. Price is better compared to other projects in the same vicinity. A 10 year old property has the same price as this one. Specification mentioned by Acme in the brochure are excellent. I'm planning to purchase one by March eod.
